Nine years before COVID-19 was the film “Contagion,” which is now available as a 4K remaster, sourced from original digital raw 4K files to provide the highest image quality for this remaster.

A complete digital cleaning process removed any pixel hits and other digital artifacts to ensure a pristine 4K presentation. These clean image files were then color-corrected and graded in a HDR wide color volume with input from Director Steven Soderbergh. The result is a more realistic-looking picture with amazing clarity, contracts, and color never before seen.

A completely restored 5.1 digital audio mix was handled by the film’s sound editor and re-recording mixer.
