4K is here to stay, as evidenced by all eight “Harry Potter” movies making the leap.

The first four films of the beloved series have been released this week individually onto Ultra HD Blu-ray with 4K resolution and high dynamic range. (The final four films were released in this format earlier this year).

Also this week, all eight films are grouped together in 4K HDR as a set. This set also contains standard Blu-ray versions, digital versions and bonus features.

The result is magical. The new products offer a wider color spectrum, offering consumers brighter, deeper and more lifelike colors.
